Alan C. Kauffman & Associates, P.A. is a general litigation firm
with attorneys who have extensive trial experience in both civil and criminal
cases. For more than 20 years the firm has maintained a successful and
varied practice handling complex civil and personal injury matters for
persons who have suffered serious and catastrophic injuries and white
collar criminal defense cases.
Mr Kauffman served as a lobbyist for the Philadelphia Stock Exchange.
He lobbied the bill through Congress whereby resulting in the Philadelphia
Stock Exchange becoming the first Exchange in the world authorized to
trade options on foreign currency.
We provide the level of expertise expected from a large firm, with a
more hands-on approach from senior attorneys with substantial trial and
litigation experience. Many of our cases involve representation of clients
of other lawyers at trial. We often work jointly with other attorneys
in litigation matters that demand courtroom experience, the ability to
manage complex issues and evidence, or experience with certain types of
cases such as wrongful death and medical and legal malpractice.
